  Very disappointed with this service. Originally hired this company to get rid of several gray squirrels that were getting in through the attic vents in the roof. It several weeks and repeated phone calls to finally get a quote, but In the end, the squirrel problem was eliminated - for about a month.
  
  We again heard squirrels in the attic and called Critter Control back. They came back to the house and informed us that we now had "flying" squirrels and they would need to install screens over the attic vents on gable ends of the roof. They also indicated that this was a common problem because the flying squirrels apparently smelled the gray squirrels. This was in the fall of 2016.
  
  It then took 5 months and several phone calls to finally get a quote which was even higher than the original work. When I questioned why this simple solution of installing the carpenter cloth was not done in the original project, I was told that it was not their fault that I had plastic vents.
